This wedding website collects only the information needed to manage your invitation, your RSVP, any photographs you choose to share, and any guestbook message you leave.

What we collect

When you respond to your invitation we collect names, attendance choices, menu selections, dietary and accessibility requirements, and travel preferences. Photographs and guestbook messages are stored only with your explicit consent.

How we use it

The information is used to plan the wedding day, share timings with guests, coordinate catering, and build a private gallery and guestbook. It is not used for marketing, analytics or any purpose beyond the wedding.

How long we keep it

Personal information is kept for the wedding day and a short period afterwards, then deleted. The couple can configure a deletion date in their admin settings. Photographs are only published after approval and can be removed on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the couple directly. This notice is a template and should be reviewed by the couple before the site goes live.
